Dinner at the Homesick Restaurant

As a woman whose husband walked out on her, I really felt this novel. Thankfully, I was able to handle myself better than Pearl and did not abuse my kids. But I felt how the abandonment impacts each member of the family whether they think so or not.

Overall an excellent novel.
