Yvonne Vera, 1998 Date Read: 7/5/22

Odd coincidence of timing that I've read this a week after the US Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. I think everyone who is "pro-life" should be forced to read it. Because, as everyone knows, banning abortions doesn't stop abortions. It only kills women.

I have to be completely honest; I couldn't actually read all of the self-abortion. I almost threw up. The writing is so good I like, felt it.

This is an exquisitely written novel that it hard to read. It is no wonder the author won so many awards. Perhaps if she had had proper healthcare she would not have died of AIDS so young.

Length: 151 pages in paperback

ReReadability: I don't think so. I am legit traumatized

Classic: yes and should be issued at all "conservatives" immediately.
