Orhan Pamuk, 2001

Date read: 10/29/24

So, each chapter of this novel is in the voice of a different character, similar to an espistolary novel, which I personally do not like very much. Also, I'm not sure the "voices" are different, really, so it is unconvincing.

The story is essentially a mystery, where a murderer is uncovered. It is obvious pretty early on who the murderer is though, so it doesn't have the suspense it needs. In all, this one fell flat for me.
