Margaret Atwood, 2019

Date read: 4/30/26

Compared to the average novel, this is superb. Compared to Atwood's other works that I've read, it was okay. I did not think it lived up to Oryx and Crake or The Handmaid's Tale. But an okay novel from a writer of her caliber is still light-years away from the best novel the average writer could come up with.

I knew what was going to happen at the end of the novel, when I was abouy 1/3rd of the way through.
