Virginia Woolfe, 1927

Date read: 8/18/24

I think the main character of this novel is the Scottish vacation home. An entire chapter is taken up with the decay and rejuvenation of the house, and it gets more detail and attention than the humans.

In all, I think I understood this novel better than some of the others. It was about time changing stuff and people. It's a little more poetic than I would typically choose myself but I enjoyed it.
